Hi! I’m Megan and I founded The Business Fulfillment Initiative because I know how it feels to start a business with no business experience. I was an elementary school teacher, getting coached personally, and decided to start a coaching business of my own because of the profound impact coaching had made on my life!
After getting started part-time after school I quickly learned a hard lesson: you can be passionate about your businesses… AND still struggle.
So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about how to make my business easier, profitable, and less stressful …
I learned how to build a strong foundation, set up simple systems, launch a valuable product, and create a long term plan for the future of my business.
In my search to master everything about my business, I found that I was able to coach my entrepreneur clients and help them grow their businesses in an enjoyable way too! Everyone started asking how they could replicate the same results in THEIR businesses as well.
So, I put together a program to teach my signature methodology that has allowed me to build a simple, successful, enjoyable business in under 2 years — all through coaching. That is how "The Business Fulfillment Initiative" was born!
