Episode 1: Four Systems to Create Six- Figure + Businesses

Hello, everyone, and welcome to the first episode of six Figure Systems. I am so excited that you guys are here because we are going to be talking all about how to make more impact and income in less time. Now, I know that many of you are here because you, like me, are an online service based business, which means that you are trying to figure out how to run this as you are also running your life. And one of the things that I found as I started my business is it felt like my business was running me a lot more than I was running my business. So the, the goal of this entire podcast is to make sure that you feel like you know exactly what you need to do in order to hit your first six and multiple six figures using these systems. Now, these are the exact systems that I used to hit my first six figures in my first year full time, and the things that I continue to use to scale to multiple six figures. And as I gradually move on to seven figures. So the most asked question I get is, what are the systems I need to hit six figures? And I found that there are only four systems that you really need to have that are going to help you scale your business. I call these systems the core four business aspects or components that will help you to grow. And the cool thing that I realized is that these systems are relevant, whether you are a, solopreneur like I was when I started, and like you might be as you listen to this all the way up to large corporations like Google, Apple and Amazon. And it's very simple. One of the things that I needed to understand as I grew my business is how to make my business simple for the many aspects of my life that I will be sharing with you as the podcast goes on.

Now, first and foremost, when we are thinking about creating a business, we want to think about the systems that will help you scale to six figures for two big reasons. You first and foremost, probably started this business because you're an extremely passionate entrepreneur. You figured out that the skillset that you have is something that is unique and different and something that can really help people in this world. What I would love to do is help you optimize your business so that you can amplify that impact that you're creating. Because I don't think that you have the skills and talents that you have for a mistake, I genuinely think that you have this desire, this calling inside of you that is coming out within this business. And I want to make it as easy as possible for you to create this business in the world and get your legacy out there. Now, when we're thinking about the income as well, one of the things that I, found really important about the impact, that was my first and foremost, something that was really important to me. However, I also think it's really important. The reason why it's called, it's not called impactful systems is I feel truly passionate about entrepreneurs making more money. I think that when we think about the way that we spend money, everyone is going to spend money as our lifetime goes. But when you spend money with a service based entrepreneur, someone that owns a small business and might even is probably a solopreneur, you know that that person cares, they are going to go to bat for you. I know that. I feel like that. For me, I know that all my clients feel like that as well. And it's because you have that drive to help people, and you really want to make your impact in the world. And that is one of the most beautiful things that I think can help to create a beautiful, long lasting economy with something that is based with people who really care. So I also think that it's really important to talk about income, because one of the things that I realized is that a lot of things in my mindset really kept me back and held me back within my business, because I never thought of myself as someone who could make the income that I am right now. And I know that you might be sitting there having a lot of those maybe doubts and not really having confidence to make the income that you deserve. I want you to know that that is normal. And we are breaking those stereotypes, and we are really getting through to figure out how more solopreneurs and service based businesses can create legacies and also the impact that can help them to live their lives. I learned two statistics that helped me to, really feel like this movement is needed in the world. The six figure systems movement is needed. And one of the things that really helped me to create that movement is understanding the data behind business.

So, before I tell you about the four, four systems, I want to tell you some stats about entrepreneurship that my goal is to change. Now, when I first started my business, I was a life coach. I, started my life coaching business in August of 2020, and I just, transition to business coaching at the very end of 2022. And what I learned, which is a statistic that as of April 12, when I'm recording this, I would hope to change, is that life coaching changed my life. I started getting coaching back in 2018. It is one of the most profound things that I've ever done. And it's truly changed who I became in the world from the inside out. And I found I. And as a person who is extremely passionate about life coaching, I found out that 02 as of 2023.02% of life coaches actually make six figures. And that is a statistic that was staggering to me. I, did not realize that that was the case. And on average, people are making around 27, 28,000 a year as a life coach. Now, you might not be a life coach as you are listening to this, but as I was thinking about scaling my business and scaling the impact that I wanted to create in the world, I realized that more people who are life coaches are a needed in the world for sure. And their impact and legacy was something that I feel like, I felt like deserved to make an income that was higher.

So I'm going to be talking about money on this podcast, and I want to show you that it's possible as an entrepreneur and as a solopreneur, that you can make the impact that in the income that you want without having to take a pay cut. The other stat that is important for many of you that are listening, that are solopreneurs, is that, only 20% of solopreneurs make six figures. And these are two statistics that I am actively fighting to change. I think that as an entrepreneur, you are working extremely hard. Most, only 8% of entrepreneurs work under six, under 40 hours a week. And that is ridiculous. I want you to know that if you are overworking and under earning, then that is kind of the norm as a service based solopreneur. And that is a norm that we are going to change. So that is a little bit about why I feel passionate about the six figure system movement, a little bit about me. We're going to be getting into more of that later.

But coming back to the six figure systems, core pillars, these are the four pillars and the four components and aspects of every single business. There are just four things. Just four that every single business has and something that we are going to be able to develop as, you listen to this podcast and as your business grows. And fun fact, you are doing all four right now. You have all four components of this business. They just might not be systematized and or optimized. Optimized to fit your businesses needs. So that is what we're going to figure out now. The four systems that, the four components of business that I've created systems for and the things that I really feel like are the things that help me to scale to my first six figures and multiple six figures is marketing, managing leads, sales, and planning. It is that simple. There are only four things that every single business needs to have, and that is what I'm going to be talking about on this podcast. Those strategies behind each of those pillars, and, different ways that you can make your business work, different mindset hacks, different things that you can do to continue to grow and scale your business. And the reason why I feel so passionate about this is back in 2020 when I decided to start my business in August 1.

Of the reasons why I know that you might be listening to this because you might not have a lot of time is because you are potentially working part time. You might be a part time entrepreneur and a full time employee at another location. I was an elementary school teacher, and I loved it. It was one of the. It seriously was one of the best jobs I've ever had. And I taught first grade from 2016 all the way through 2020. And then for the last half of 2021, I taught virtual kindergarten in that pandemic year. Very interesting time in life. So one of the things that I want you guys to do is, as I was starting that business and as I was going part time, literally, like, trying to do my marketing at school, I, knew that there was probably an easier way to get things done. I knew that there was probably more effective way to get things done that didn't leave me working until 10:00 on most weeknights before having to go to school. And I know that that's something that you guys might be seeking as well. And if you are full time in your business, you might have other responsibilities in your life, other familial relationships that you want to uphold and, or you just want to get all of your work done in a very short amount of time so that you can go and help more people and bring more clients in. So those are the two reasons why I realized that systems have helped me. And as I was teaching, these are the things, and teaching by day, coaching by night, these are the exact things that I wish somebody had told me about so that I could have done a lot more work in less time, and it would have been, it just would have been a game changer. So those are things that we are going to be doing at, the six figure systems podcast. I'm going to be sharing little anecdotes for my life. You're going to learn about more about the four core components, and you're going to be able to. I. My goal is that you. Just by you listening to this podcast, you learn how to manage your workload. Unless time you my goal is to get all of the back end of things in your business done at a maximum of 8 hours a week. And I also would love for just by you listening to this podcast that you are able to hit your first six and multiple six figures. So that is the purpose of this podcast, to help you grow and scale your business. And I cannot wait to see you in the first episode. We're going to be talking all about marketing.
